The bus to the Zeminar in Dublin departed at 8:30am in the morning on Thursday and returned at around at around 5pm in the afternoon. There was a variety of talks and workshops that the students could attend such as the Music and Mental Health talks which was run by a band called New Rules and the Going for Gaisce workshop which was run by Gaisce. They also had a number of celebrities speaking about mental health also.

There was also a variety of stalls which could be visited. For example there were sport stalls from Tennis Ireland and there were also wellbeing stalls like Tackle your Feelings.
