Pilates …………………………………………………………………………. €50

-To tone your body and calm your mind. Suitable for men and women of all ages. No experience required. Mats provided. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a blanket or towel and a bottle of water.

Yoga ……………………………………………………………………………. €50

Kundalini Yoga to calm the mind. This incorporates postures, chanting and meditation. Suitable for everyone and all levels. No experience required. Mats provided. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a blanket or towel and a bottle of water.

Registration will take place on Monday night, 14th January 2019, 6.30 – 7 p.m. in the school.

Classes commence Monday 21st January and run for 7 weeks. (No classes on Monday 18th February (mid-term break) and Monday 4th and 18th March. Final class will be held Monday 25th March 2019.

The Pilates class is 7.00 – 8.00 p.m.

The Yoga class is 8.05 – 9.05 p.m.
