TY students from Gráinne 4 completed our first session with the service users from St Vincent’s on Wednesday morning, as part of our community care module. It proved to be a great success and was very much enjoyed by students and service users alike.
We kicked off the session with introductions and then began a variety of activities ranging from soccer to painting and board games. All the while, getting to know more about each other.
The room was filled with much laughter and good humour throughout the morning. Our first session finished with refreshments and a good Nathan Carter song for the road. All students in Gráinne 4 are looking forward to welcoming our guests back next week.
